We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and birth date when you use our numerology tools or subscribe to our services. We also collect payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details. Usage data such as pages visited and features used is collected automatically to improve our service.
We use your information to deliver personalized numerology readings, send daily reading emails (Oracle subscribers), process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive numerology readings and occasional product updates from NumeraAura. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We use Resend to deliver emails.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and input sanitization. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on some pages. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. We do not control the cookies placed by Google.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI reading generation), and Google AdSense (advertising). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@numeraaura.com.
NumeraAura is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
