By accessing or using NumeraAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NumeraAura provides AI-powered numerology readings, daily personalized insights, and related content for entertainment and personal growth purposes. Numerology readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, or otherwise.
Oracle subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Omni Reading is a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
Promotional discount codes (including UNIVERSE20) are valid for first-month Oracle subscriptions only, unless otherwise specified. Codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively.
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it through automated means, or use it in any manner that could harm NumeraAura or other users.
All content, designs, and software on NumeraAura are the property of NumeraAura and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that numerology readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
NumeraAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
